Adventure Patch welcomes casual or occasional bookings when spaces are available for an additional $5 fee per Booking. Please log in to the Xplor Web Parent Portal to request additional days. Please note additional bookings are not confirmed until notification has been received from the Centre Leader.
Long Day Care Inclusions
Adventure Patch Long Day Care includes bucket loads of adventure, fun and exploring outside in our purpose built centres. We also supply morning and afternoon tea, a stimulating educational program, resources, and daily updates through the Xplor app.
Please note that nappies and lunches are not included in the cost of care and additional charges will apply if we need to supply these items during care.

Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Inclusions
Adventure Patch offers flexibility in Outside School Hours Care as we recognise that children have different needs in the times before and after school. We supply afternoon tea (during the After School Sessions), an educational program based on the My Time, Our Place Framework for School Aged Care, plenty of outdoor adventure and a quiet space for homework if needed.

Any bookings made after the due date stated on the Vacation Care Program are charged at a casual rate (additional $5).

Overdue Accounts
All overdue accounts are subject to a $20 Overdue Account Fee which is charged monthly to each account that remains unpaid at the due date.*

Search Fee
If your child does not attend a scheduled booking and staff have not been notified that they will not attend we begin our search procedure to follow up and ensure your child’s safety. This procedure incurs a $10 fee.
Late Pickup Fees
Adventure Patch closes at 6.15pm on operating days, if you are unable to collect your child by 6.15pm there is a surcharge of $10 for each child. A further $10 is charged for every 5 minutes thereafter. Child Care Subsidy is not payable on this surcharge.
Rejection Fee (Debit Success)
A dishonour fee of $14.95 will apply for direct debit transactions where there are insufficient funds to cover the fees. This fee is managed by the Direct Debit provider. Adventure Patch does not receive this fee, and as a result is unable to refund this fee.
Federal Government determined Allowable Absences
If your child is absent from a scheduled booking (this applies to any booking made, including casual bookings), 75% of the normal fee will be charged if a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is provided in writing to Enrolments enrolment@adventurepatch.org.au If a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is not provided, you will be charged 100% of the normal fee.
Other Fees
If Adventure Patch needs to provide your child with nappies or lunch at any time, an additional charge will be made.
To pay for your child’s care with Adventure Patch you will need to log in to the Xplor Web Parent Portal. Using the portal, you can set up direct debit payments using a debit card or credit card.
Payments are scheduled to be deducted each week (weekly) on Thursday.
