Career Pathways at Adventure Patch

Adventure Patch offers three key areas where you can build your career:

Family Day Care (FDC)

Provide quality education and care from your own home, creating a nurturing environment that supports children to learn through play and exploration.

Long Day Care (LDC)

Join our Centre-based teams to support children aged birth to 5 years through play-based learning, routines and rich daily experiences.

Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)

Support school-aged children with before school, after school and vacation programs that encourage creativity, fun and adventure.

Training, Support & Professional Development

At Adventure Patch, staff receive practical training, ongoing mentoring and access to professional development throughout their career.

Whether you’re new to early education or developing your skills, we’re here to support your growth every step of the way.

Adventurous play is at the heart of childhood and simply the most important thing we offer children. Through play children and adults learn to respectfully engage with the world and the people around them.

In the natural environment, children and educators grow and learn to be curious and explore.

These opportunities encourage children gaining self-regulation skills to enhance their resilience, build friendship, self-worth, and a sense of social conscience.

We create an inclusive environment where every individual can feel safe, valued and happy.
