Permanent bookings are requested at time of enrolment.
For Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Care, you can request additional bookings through the Xplor Web Parent Portal or the Xplor App.
For Vacation Care, check you have an active enrolment first. Then download the Xplor App to your mobile device to make mobile bookings or contact us.

If you wish to make any adjustments to your child/ren’s current permanent bookings, please use the “Change to Permanent Bookings” Form below. Additional bookings are subject to availability and are not in place until confirmed by both the service and Administration.
If you wish to cease your child/ren’s care with Adventure Patch, please use the “Cancelling Care” Form below.
You must give us 2 (two) weeks’ notice of your intention to cease care with our service. As Child Care Subsidy will not be paid for any absences after a child last physically attends a session of care, your child must attend our service on the last day of the notice period.
If your child does not attend, Child Care Subsidy will not be payable for this day or any other absences since her/his last physical attendance. In this situation, you will be liable to pay us full fees for any days not covered by Child Care Subsidy. This is a Government Regulation.
