Xplor is the software of choice for managing your child’s enrolment in Long Day Care and Outside School Hours Care with Adventure Patch.
There are two ways to use Xplor
Xplor App
The Xplor Mobile App can be downloaded to your Apple or Android device. Use the Xplor app to
- Sign your child in and out of care
- Receive notifications and updates throughout the day
- Vacation Care Bookings can be made using the Xplor App
There is an Xplor Hub at each service location which allows you to sign your child in or out of care if you do not have the App.
Xplor Web Parent Portal
The Xplor Web Parent Portal is a convenient application to manage your child’s continuing enrolment with Adventure Patch.
Use the Xplor Web Parent Portal for
Setting up payments for Adventure Patch Services. Our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit.
View and download your up to date accounts at any time.
Download and Sign important documentation including your CWA’s
Request additional days for Long Day Care, After School Care and Before School Care (Please note that these are not confirmed until notification has been received from the Coordinator)
